Could someone also identify the 4th medal? Is it Austrian, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, from another Axis ally ... ?

I don't have any other pictures at the moment. These are what the seller mailed me.

Please do have a look at the EK2.

I myself find it a rather strange EK2 with different number design on obverse and reverse, and also some quality issues with the swastika and where the frame was punched from the metal sheet: see corner between 6 o'clock and 9 o'clock arm. Also what is the impression on the metal sheet on the 6 o'clock arm? I hope it's genuine.
