MAX Show Medals

Hi guys,

Just home from the MAX Show. I was able to find a couple of ribboned medals to bring home with me.

I was happy to find this RAD 4-Year Medal in the box. In over 45 years of collecting I have never had one of these in the box. The boxed ones have always eluded me or were too over-priced to even contemplate buying. That is, until this weekend.

I also bought this Customs Decoration for a bargain price. I actually saw several Customs Decorations at the show, but they either had no ribbon or just a plain cornflower blue ribbon. This is the only one I saw that had an original 50mm ribbon with embroidered insignia.

Nice one Tom!

I ran across one, just mint condition, boxed a while back, but as you say; price was prohibitive, and medal & ribbon bars come first (well, kinda ) so passed it by.

Still a lot of nice things out there; keeps the hunt interesting.
