I have picked up some ribbon bars at a auction, there is one which I don't remember out of the top of my head.

4 placer, EK, unknown, KVK, Loyal service medal
Can the unknown be for the Ostvolker award?

EKII, Ostvolker with swords, Hindenburg Cross and four years service cross.

Yes, Ostvolk 2nd Class in Silver with Swords. This was the standard award given to Germans serving with Eastern Volunteer units.
