Ahoj Yubari,
My expertise on these is definitely limited, but IMO it's an original bar, or at least, all of the components are original and most likely put together during the war. Without having it in hand, I can't really explain what has caused the KVK to droop so low, though I'm sure that could be fixed. Also, the photos aren't the greatest, but to me the wear looks natural. All in all, unless I saw a lot more issues when I had it in hand, I'd buy it if the price is right.

Will gladly step aside now and let Tom or some of the other more knowledgeable folks give a better evaluation.

I like this one too. I'll bet if you gently push up on the bottom of the KVK, it will pop back into its original alignment with the other medals.
