    Great news - Please read!

    I quote Jeff's posts here:

It is my understanding that all members, paid or not, can now post images through the website! There has also been an increase in the amount of images allowed, up to 10. Please DO NOT use outside photo hosting! All images must be posted through the forum to prevent the destruction of threads by the outside photo hosting companies when they delete the pictures. Thanks!

    My books:

    - THE WEHRPAß & SOLDBUCH OF THE WH
    - THE SS TK RING
    - THE ITALIAN-GERMAN MEDAL
    - THE ANTI PARTISAN BADGE
    - THE AWARDS OF THE LW

    and more!

        Gone

Noticed today there's a bunch of pics no longer visible in the pinned reference maker thread at the top:

It's tragic so many great photos of collections are disappearing every day off the forum. Some from collectors no longer with us, so their contributions can never be replaced.

Hopefully when the site is finally moved/hosted/upgraded outside hosting will no longer be possible. Until then I guess all we can do is try to copy & save what's still here.

A very intelligent move and one I will certainly try to follow … contributors who can't/won't pay the subscriptions but who don't make a living from the Forum will benefit. I'd like to thank James who has frequently saved my hosted images to the forum server in the past … I for one have never (knowingly) deleted a hosted image.

My pleasure. And many thanks to you and Pierce for throwing me ever off course and into collecting these damned ribbon bars!

                      Thanks Ian,

Nice spange. My next priority for the hobby is to get a decent camera set-up for high quality pix.
