Azad Hind Medal in original issue package

Coming to the forum as I know there will be the expertise to render a decision.

Posted for your review is an Azad Hind medal in the original package. R. Souval maker's mark on the package; unmarked ring on award. Purported to be pre-May 1945 manufacture.

I know that Souval was very busy making all grades of the Azad Hind award in the immediate post-War period. Looking for any expertise on whether this stands a chance of being manufactured during the war.

Quick note

It is my understanding (not validated or verified) that the die Souval used pre-May 1945 had a space between the two "bars" on the Fleur-de-lis on the obverse of the award. This award has that space between the two bars.

An original bag, which I saw, had extended description "Azad Hind Medaille mit Schwertern 2. Klasse", and the inscription itself was printed with straight fonts (not italics).
