True. After the 1935 ban on Freikorps awards and unofficial Weimar era awards, the Silesian Eagle was allowed to be worn along with the Baltic Cross, Kärntner Kreuz and the Commemorative Badge for the Liberation of Munich, 1919, which was established in 1937.Originally posted by RonR View PostIndeed, not a Wehrmacht award, but according to Wikipedia....

My comment about the Freikorps forum was only because what has been shown here is interesting and it would be a shame if it gets lost because it's not in a place where people would normally go to find examples of the Silesian Eagle.Comment
