Sorry, but that is another fake ribbon bar that most likely originated in Cincinnati, Ohio.

From left to right:

1) 1939 War Merit Cross 2. Claas with Swords
2) Russian Front Medal
3) NSDAP 25-Year Long Service Cross
4) NSDAP 15-Year Long Service Cross
5) NSDAP 10-Year Long Service Cross
6) SS 25-Year Long Service Cross
7) SS 12-Year Long Service Cross
8) Medal for the Annexation of Austria
9) Medal for the Return of the Memel District
10) Medal for the Annexation of the Sudetenland with Prague Castle clasp

Another ridiculous combination. I believe this bar was previously discussed on the forum as well.
