Afrika Medal review please.

I'd like to know if this is a genuine Italian/German African Campaign Medal. Any input is appreciated. Only photos I have at this time. Thanks in advance!

Pictures are not the best but it looks good to me. And even thought it is very short, I really like the ribbon and safety pin on this piece.
