Panzer Bust on estand

I'm going to buy this bust. I was just hoping someone can confirm this piece is wartime. Most of the wartime busts like this that I have seen had taller bases. I don't see any red flags on this one though.

The base doesn't bother me as much as the very rough looking appearance of the casting. It could just be the contrast of the light patina, but it has a crude, rather than smooth look to the metal.

Although the one I'm posting here has a very heavy patina, you can see how smooth the metal casting appears to be.

I'd say get it and then post a few better pics of it. You can always return it if you're not satisfied per the E-stand terms of use.
