A very personal choice but...

I agree with the "red guys"! Most standard display background colour you see is subdued (white grey etc) but IMO TR era stuff is far from "subdued" and it comes alive on red. I tried other colours to see but I've stuck to burgundy velvet for years now because as a generalist I find everything seems to stands out well on it including the red ribbons but its only a matter of taste

Wow, nice groups and nice displays - lovely. I think the KVK, especially the KVK2
tombak version, is a much underrated medal. It always deserves nice presentation.
