Not crazy about the back in that condition and those tabs so badly scratched. But let's hear others give their thoughts about the wear. I'm just always leery of tab-backed ribbon bars.
(The staggered ribbon alignment bothers me a little as well, although that did occur somewhat.)

Hi Oscar,
No expert and I dont necessarily have very high standards or am probably too "open minded" about a lot of things but other than aestetics issues (which may not have been so important to the original wearer/owner either) I dont really have a problem with this bar despite the scratched tabs or misaligned ribbons and would probably be more worried about an "all new unscratched and matching bar" than I am of this one in my uneducated personal interpretation of it...
Guy served in WW I & got EK II (oldest ribbon mounted as single). In the 20s he served in the Freikorps during the polish uprising and was awarded Schlesischer Adler II and remounted original EK II & new SE II ribbons on pair bar. He may even have acquired a few "vanity medals" and added them as well to a yet longer bar during the period. In 35 (?) the Hindenburg Cross with swords was added and (assuming he had any) the now unauthorized vanity medals were removed bringing the bar back to 3 ribbons (EK, SA & Hindenburg/swords). The other 3 awards (Luft 4, Sudeten Annexation & Hungarian WWI service medal) were added as received later to make a longer bar. If the guy was cheap or sentimental and the clips didnt break he may well have used his original award ribbons bars and have them remounted (or remounted them himself) a number of times
Just another way of looking at it...
