A large sized life saving medal, für rettung aus gefahr.
Unmarked prussian mint example in silver. A heavy table medal.
The quality of these is just fabulous, in hand even more than on picture
because it's difficult to capture the beauty. The eagle and script on the reverse almost look 3d holding it in hand.
The case is a very rare example. Most examples i have seen have the rectangular push button and have a light blue inlay with white upper lid. Mine example is a dark blue example with round push button. Shares and identical exterior and and the typical dots on the edge next to the inlay. Also the cases for the small version share these golden dots.
