Who might be the manufacturer of this Memel medal in a 3-Ordensspange? Hauptmüntzamt?

According to Antonio's book it is a type 1.1 slanted G.

Possibly made by Foerster & Barth.

How to distinguish a Type 1 (Hauptmünzamt) from a Type 1.1 (Förster & Barth) as even the database says that both types probably used the same die which in the case of Type 1.1 was only worn out?

I also suppose that both types show the H.C. initials on the reverse of the medal?

If you look at the jump ring(holds ribbon ring) on your type 1.1 you will see that it lines up with the eagles head.

On the type 1 the jump ring is off to the right of the eagles head and does not line up.

Both types show the HC some fainter than others.
