Look original to me. Faded case, but original.

The Memel medal in the case is put together. There is no know case for the Memel medal, as of yet.

The Memel is displayed in the case of a 13th March Anschluss medal.

As Tom says there is no evidence of the Memel being awarded in that type of case but which Jamie Cross suggested in an article in a magazine was used.
