The medal itself looks okay but I do not care for the finish on that one. Could be an original medal that has been refinished. And the ribbon on that one is not correct as Ian pointed out.

Here is one with the correct ribbon. The German-made versions of this medal were struck in zinc and they typically do not hold their finish well.
