    PKZ Sudetenland medaille?

    Hello my friends,

I saw to PKZ Sudetenland medaille!

long time ago, I saw a fake 16.
but this time I saw to PKZ '19'.

    Is this possible?

    I don't understand about PKZ-system.

    According to Dietrich,

Sudetenland Last awarded 31 December 1940 (from wikipedia)
After, exist some specimens marked with LDO numbers...

Was it simply given out in 1942? (stock goods) And did mark it?

+ I have seen the 'Otto Schickle early zinc type Hollow PAB' awarded in 1944.

    Best regards,
    S.W.

        Hello Tomasz,
Thank you! Did the owner use it to replace it? Hmm.. OK!

I didn't know because the seller didn't mention it.

        Best regards,
        S.W.

It looks a replaced ring to me, it seems opened and re-closed.
IMO it is not its original one.

Agreed. As I wrote before, this signature is same as on the KVK2 ring

Not an expert, but the packet looks like a repro to me. Maybe the lines in the paper are only in the photo, but I've never seen that, and the paper looks too thick to me.

Just a simple paper envelope of anything

In form it looks like the plain envelopes with no medal designation to the front side (but almost always a maker stamp to the reverse side) that many Sudetenland medals come in (I have quite a number of them for Gablonz makers). But the paper I see in those (and other Sudeten medals from non-Gablonz makers) looks a lot different from the paper for this envelope. Again, it may just be the poor quality of the photos.

Sorry for the double post, seems the forum is doing that quite often lately.
