Ron, thanks for sharing and your help

J-C, that's a lovely display! Trying to find the corresponding ribbon bars makes collecting so much more interesting, adding the ribbon rosettes with devices takes it to yet another level

      cheers

Thanks for sharing these great picts Ron, Patrick, Sevrin & Peter (long time no speak my friend!) very interesting stuff you never see in such quantities in one place.

Just a few points for me:

        - I'm a bit puzzled (nothing new I guess) by the small 2 sided Sudeten medal Ron showed us in post 11...Not a miniature (no medal ring); not a ribbon bar device (2 sided, no clips on back) and not a lapel pin either so I wonder how & what it was used for?

        - Amazing array of ribbon bar variations of the Prager bar in such a range of designs/quality metal etc. when compared to the medal ribbon bar miniatures but if memory serves me right the medal miniatures where discontinued fairly early on but the Prager bar mini continued to exist for as long as they issued ribbon bars

        - Love Peter's Sudeten with Prager bar combined lapel pin. Saw an identical one for sale at Weitze a few years back but I procrastinated too long

        - Including pict of one weird variant (compared to a normal one) that hasnt been shown so far in this thread. The 22mm version (instead of 30mm) of the Prager bar that IMO was intended for wear on the medal bar. I've only seen a few of these and even though I'm not about to tinker with the mount to see the guts, John T. had a loose one for sale a few years back (that I also missed) and it had 4 long pins on the back, similar to an EK II 1914 spange that would not fit a ribbon bar. Didnt post it with the others initially because I'm missing the matching ribbon bar for that one too but beautiful detail (despite my poor pictures) for such a small piece. IMO its the equivalent to the EK II "prinzen" spange for the Prager bar probably intended for long medal bars where the regular Prager bar is too large/wide that landed on a single mount for whatever reason

Thats it for me, thanks again for sharing

        Best
