hello my friends, I am interested in buying this medal bar and I would like to know about its authenticity, thank you very much.

The Long Service ribbon looks to have a straight edge … better photos are required in my opinion. The precedence is incorrect too but that isn't necessarily a deal-breaker.

The work of the Austrian faker again? Ribbon folds, etc. look familiar.

I'm not a fan also of the SS ribbon. If the SS ribbon it's not good IMO the medals has Been added post war

Strange when somebody takes so much effort to create this, while leaving SS medal as the last one..

I did see it and it's looks Austrian made but different than the one the known faker is producing.

Its looks like an adaptation of the Austrian style to a different late wehrmacht ribbon bar probably made in Austria or Eastern territories.

from what I see the main piece of the ribbon bar is a real 8 year SS medal so it doesn't make sense to be a fake .I would say it's a combat SS ribbon bar made in eastern territories.

I know Vollmost very well and guess I will see him in September at the Vienna show and he uses fakes for his bars and not originals like here so I think I'm this case we have a interesting period medal bar

all the links I have checked about this Austrian faker I have seen original medals. We are talking in this case and with this guy that he takes good or bad stuff and put it together to make more money with big bars, easy. This bar has the same characteristic like other examples,

This faker has been shown to use original medals in the construction of his wares. There is plenty of photographic evidence here on the forum to show this.
