From the description I would pass on the bar. It has 2 big "flags" which would indicate the bar is bad: 1) it is such a large bar that is all WWII. 2) the addition of a rare SS LS medal is also a another flag.
I have to agree with Gary. A ten-place, all-Third Reich SS ribbon bar does not sound very promising. Perhaps pictures would change my mind but not very likely.

Long bars with rare/many devices is usually suspicious. Still like to see the pic though.
The SS devices look like they have been cast from something resembling an original, but whoever made them mustn't have had the wherewithal to include the mounting hardware...thus the stitching. Incidentally, this same stitching can be found on the ribbon bar that is often seen photographed with the original Himmler medal bar.
All this is of course irrelevant considering the ignoring of the regulation forbidding the wearing of more than one SS-service award, the 25 year was never awarded.
