            That’s what the eagle is intended to be. A non-regulation, possibly locally made specimen at best. A prop IMO.
            The jacket reminds me of Italian tropical jackets, notably because of the design of the cuffs and the fabric (the rectangular imprints on the collar might be that of Italian Grenadiers or Carabinieri collar tabs).

              No it is a fake.

              No such thing as a DAK officers eagle. DAK Officers wore the standard tropical EM eagle issued with the tunic or had their own European Eagles & sometimes tabs sewn on the issued tropical jacket.

              The tunic is not German WW2 made and looks foreign maybe postwar. It has had at least two eagles sewn onto it, probably fake as well.
