To me the Ostvolk II X should be at the end and also those Partei devices are strange ... I've never seen solid ones, I have several and they all look like this ..

I own alot of bars and I've never seen one quite like this, all the originals I've seen are like the ones Ian posted.

I recognize the two devices on the NSDAP long service ribbons. They were used on lapel button-hole Spangen (Knopflochspangen).

They are much rarer than any other miniature button-hole device (such as the Treuedienst, the Wiederholungsspange, the EK, the Hindy, etc etc.) Somebody apparently used NSDAP Knopflochspange devices on this ribbon bar.

Just for sake of comparison... one of Rick Lundstrom's very original bars featured a miniature EK2 repeat-clasp that would otherwise have been used on a Knopflochspange, not on a ribbon bar.

However, the Ostvölker is still in the wrong position as was previously pointed-out.

The Ostvölker award is in the correct position according to the regulations dating from late 1944, after German personnel became eligible for the award in March 1943.

                Hi guys,

As James has pointed out, the order of precedence is actually correct per regulations in effect from 1942 until the end of the war.

                Best regards,
                Tom
