Memel Medal, "29" or Forster & Barth

Hello colleagues, here I present this Memel that comparing it with those that Antonio Scapini exposes in its database, I think it is not Hauptmünzamt Berlin, but Forster and Barth for the shape of the eagle.
What do you think?

Not an expert but it looks just like my hauptmünzampt Berlin Memel to me

Both manufacturers of this medal made them identical, only the eagle below the podium has a very slight difference.

The Forster & Bart are possibly never existed.
Only 1 was found with mm on suspension ring, but they are perfectly matching with the 29.
