Sorry, but IMO this one is a fake based on the Vienna-design, hollow rifle type Infantry Assault Badge.

Here is a side by side comparison showing the badge in question (left) and a known fake of the Vienna-design hollow rifle type (right). Both badges display identical flaws. Although the badges have different hardware setups, both of these badges are fakes and the work of the same individual.
