That is the Hungarian WW1 Commemorative Medal (albeit somewhat faded), although there is no necessity for the crown & swords device.

Can you post a photo of the reverse please?

sure? I don't see the green stripes (even faded). it seems just a white ribbon with two red stripes.

Hmm not sure about the second as well one but that third one might be the 4 th class or medal of the (Roter Adlerorden) Red Eagle award thoung that one tends to me more red than orange??

that was my primary thought. but, I've found an example concerning "roter adlerorden" and seems that stripes are wider .....
