I don't speak Polski but maybe you speak the language of the people next-door to you. Es handelt sich um eine zivile N.S-Anstecknadel bzw. ein antidefätistische Sympathieabzeichen. Das Buchstabe "V" steht für VIKTORIA und es stammt aus dem Lied der Waffen-SS "Sieg Heil, Viktoria!". Beste Grüße nach Polska.
Englisch: an anti-defeatist NS civilian lapel pin where V stands for Victory.

That is a very exciting object to find in an SS Training Camp after so many years!!
One has to wonder if it was originally decorated with vitreous enamel or paint like many of the other "V" pins I have seen.
A new SS-Recruit must have brought it to the camp with him and lost it. He was probably shipped-off to the eastern front shortly thereafter.
