Mmmm, I've never seen one with the rough texture like that ... all mine are smooth.

It looks like an original well worn einzelspange to me.

Nice original Sudetenland einzelspange for me. I agree with Ian that most are smooth but you do see them occasionally with a grainy/textured finish like the 2nd from left in the attached picture.
