Klüber perhaps the Spanienkreuz in Silber mit Schwertern?
Kober also? Although he was the Chief Engineer on the Cruiser ‘Nürnberg’, so perhaps ohne Schwertern?
Also, 2 unknown Awards below their Iron Crosses 1st Class?
