    Greetings everyone,
I recently picked up an old collection and this was in it, I have no idea on these looks well made and shows age but my guess is an old repro?? Your opinions are greatly appreciated!

        Fake.
No going into too much detail, just compare to a genuine one reverse.

          Agree with Chen, a fake.

It actually looks nice from the front but the reverse is a mess.

              Best regards,

Front is nice, but a repro is a repro.
Details in the front are also wrong.

It is a nice Souval as stated, postwar and sadly with a very ordinary rear. The placement of the Swaz with right and left arms sitting across the wreath, rather than touching the edge of the wreath as per the originals, is exactly the same as that of the silver/ enameled example that has again been discussed in a number of threads. Either Souval got the design for this his version from the Silver example OR the Silver example is postwar like this. All current fakes have this Souval design. This is one Souval I've been looking for for the postwar section of my collection.

                    Yes, just a souval. Tom
