Help with Ribbon Bar

Hi guys......im a helmet collector, but recently expanded to awards and docs....

so to be honest I know nothing about ribbonbars, I got this one and at first I felt ok...but since it was missing a set of swords in the war merit corss ribbon wanted to restore and as i examined it more closely i noticed something that made me wonder and think its a post war put together.....

I noticed how there was no swords on the war merit corss section as ther was no coinciding hole for the pin to go in...so made me think that the medal bar was not ment for those ribbons and some faker made a put together....

also noticed that the swords for the middel ribbon (spanish civil war campain ribbon) also has no hole so dotn know how that is fixed...

then also noticed what appeard to be glue around the área where the swords to the war merit cross suposed to be...

so giving those findings what do you think?

unfortnately i damaged some of the ribbons edges as i was trying to see where the holes were
