Medalbars war or postwar mounted?

Hi,

I've got the opportunity to bring home some nice medalbars. But something feels shady about them, don't know what tough. So is there any of you guys that can tell me if these are mounted during wartime or postwar?

At first glance, ribbons & backing looks fine.

Although...

These seem to be very similar cut / sewn / tacked (at the bottom), but maybe just me being too paranoid.

To me, some of the ribbons look kind of sloppy on #1 and #3.
#2 looks pretty tight and even.
