New 4-place ribbonbar

What's your thoughts on this ribbon bar? Apart from some dicolouration on the EK ribbon and some corrosion on the edges of the back-plate, this is in mint condition. The 1st pattern eagle devise presents a rather dull appearence, although very well defined.

Thanks a lot guys . Here's the close-up, 13mm and the details are great but I can't get over the colour. I would expect a more silvery nuance and not this metal finish. Hopefully I'm only overreacting
