Yes, to me too ... should be a 4 year.

Sorry to be pedantic but the 'Anschluss' was the 13th of March 1938 annexation of Austria, this award is the 1st October Medal for the annexation of the Sudetenland, the bar for the later occupation of Bohemia and Moravia.

Hi Chris,

I agree with Wayne and Ian. It is an original medal bar that has been messed with. A 4-Year Wehrmacht LS Medal was removed and a fake 18-Year LS Cross was stuck in its place. Only worth buying if it is cheap (say like $80 or so). A simple fix would make this bar proper again.
