I hate to bearer of bad news, but the Pouch is a definite repro.

Could you post straight, bigger and clearer pictures of the Medaille itself please ?

Will check the Ost book later, but there are some points I dont like at all, but maybe are only the pic

This does not look like Souval. Leaves on backside are not hollow and 'N' looks different form example in database.

Hi again Angel

Like I said the pouch is a repro.
But the Medaille itself is a little hard to say, its design is (like stated by others) not a Souval, its very close to a Deumer (OM3) design with its very thick rim.

But from these pictures, this would not be one for my collection, it could be ok, but as it stands now, from these pics I would pass it on.
