I have recently bought a large militaria collection and this was in the group. I have been able to find unmarked versions without the case thus far, but none like this one. This one looks legit to me, but I have no knowledge in this field. What do you think?

Hi,

Funny...you hardly ever see these and then 2 posts on the same day! Beautiful gold matched set with case and mini. LIke you, I also know very little about these so wait for other opinions but I have seen these as hollow back, semi-hollow (like yours) and solid back but from what I understand the safety/jewellers catch on your full size badge is a feature only found on post war (post '57 ADAD) badges. Sorry, no idea about the miniature or the case production period

Attached are pictures of my un-marked hollow stamped version with what I was told is pre-war hardware but do wait for confirmation from someone that knows these better than me

i have 2 ADAC in silver one is silverplated one in nickle plate was never sure if they were pre or post war
