Don't know about the maker, but it is a really nice parade mount in mint condition.

Can we see a picture of the reverse of the medal bar?

Excellent Sudeten Einzelspange Nicolas! The Sudeten with Prager bar, the Anschluss and the Memel versions also exist in this format but are not so easy/common to find, particularly the Memel...
