Red cross - Iron cross

Hey guys ! Anyone seen one like this ? Any history on what group, and when, it was awarded to ? Any help would be much appreciated. It is a miniature iron cross with a black and white ribbon with the the dates 1870 and 1871 on the reverse with a red cross on the front.

Sounds Doubble or even trebbel fantacy item me thinks as the 'Red Cross' was not established untill 1881 though the use inverse Swiss flag was establised with the first Geneva Convention it was not in wide spread use until after the Franco-Prussian War.

There are a few 1870 red cross medals but one like you describe I have not seen
