General medals

Hey guys! I am relatively new to collecting .. I just wanted to see what was out there aside from the basic(s) ( Ie. Iron crosses, Wound badges, Eastern front etc ) I am trying see whats out there so I can help further my knowledge and my research. Any and all photo's, names of these medals and criteria for the award being awarded would be fantastic!
