I ran into a guy the other day on some site that was selling 3 things he had bought from Snyder years ago, they were all bad,i had to break the news to him and he wasn't very happy, I'm sure in the coming years this will be more and more common, i live in Tulsa and we have a famous hotel from the 20s i believe, called the Mayo hotel,Charlie and his family bought it a few years ago,not sure why,he doesn't live here but i guess if you screw enough people selling this stuff you can buy your own building!!! lol
