The medal and ribbon look really nice. The document does look pretty convincing and the signature appears to be that of Oberst Wilhelm Herzberg. I am puzzled, though, by the eagle ink stamp. The Feldpostnummer L13899 was used by Regimentsstab Flak-Regiment 201, but the Luftwaffe type flying eagle with the micro swastika is very weird IMO. I have never seen this type of a stamp on any Luftwaffe award document before. I am under the impression that all branches of the Wehrmacht used the straight-wing eagle. Another issue I see is that Oberst Herzberg was not the Regimental Commander of Flak-Rgt. 201 until 5. June 1943 yet the document is dated 1. April 1943.
