    Heer 4 and 12 years award

    Hi Guys,

    I would have some comments on these ones, please.

    I have no better pic's which I am apologise but from these what I can see I do not like the 4 years medals.
    The eagle looks little bit weirdo.

    About the 12 years medal looks like newly made.

              I believe that both the 4yr and 12yr medals are good.

              The only thing I might be suspicious of are the pin back mounts but I can't say for sure.

              Photo from my collection of a Luftwaffe pair with an example of the 12yr.

              The one pictured at the start of this thread may have been polished by someone.

              I'd like to see the swazi on the 4yr without the blocking paper.

              Medals magnetic or non magnetic?

                  Interesting Wayne... I also have a 4 year version of the one you posted in post 8 but I always had some doubts/concerns about it because of the weird design of the eagle's left foot. Mine is magnetic.
