Here I have some images of the 2nd pattern, grade 9-12 schutzenabzeichen. Unfortunately the pins are missing. Does this one seem to be an original?

It looks ok from the pictures. There was only one pattern of the 5- 7 and 9-12 grade badge. The 1-4 grade badge had 2 patterns.

Thanks Gary - you correctly point out that grades 5+ did not exist under the first system and therefore did not have equivalent "pattern 1" badges, as was the case for grades 1-4. Thanks for evaluating the item!
