Help with unknown medal case

Hello
I came across this case
I know it's for a German medal
I'm just hoping for help with which one.
The case is a dark maroon
Measures roughly 4 3/4" by 4 3/4"
And the inside circle for the medal is roughly 3 1/2"
Any help appreciated
