13th March Austrian Anschluss Medal. Genuine?

I have an Austrian Anschluss Medal that I believe to be genuine which I would like to sell but I need to be 100% certain it is in order. Can anyone help me out with confirmation please? I'm pretty sure it is OK.
It is in excellent condition and comes in it's original envelope. - please see detailed photos.
Can anyone please give me some idea as to value with envelope, - it would be greatly appreciated.
