Czech Annex & War Merit Cross Opinions

Pretty common stuff but never seen an annex medal with this style pin (not a huge medal guy). No number on the ring, war merit looks like it has been cleaned and obviously missing the ribbon and ring. Both look original? Thanks in advance for the help,

Indeed, common to both the 13th March and 1st October medals ... I assume these are the ones awarded to non-military personnel where-as the non-mounted awards were given to the armed forces.

As a point and sort of question ... I've never seen a brooch-mounted 22nd March Memel Medal ?
