Award Packet/Bag by Julius Maurer

I bought a collection yesterday and this award packet/bag labeled with the stamp of Julius Maurer Abzeichen und Metallwarenfabrik (Badge and Metalwares Factory) in Oberstein an der Nahe was among the collection. Can anyone tell me what period it dates from and what badge may have been in it?
