Is this spange "correct"? New to these

it looks as if the single ribbons don't match 100% in the way they added together.
to combo is legit in my opinion, but its nearly impossible to say, if someone put single ribbons together or if it is a wartime one.

Do you have a photo of the reverse that you can post? Quite often, that reveals a lot.

There aren't any real red flags that jump out at me. However, I ask because there are certain construction methods that are a lot harder to monkey with than others.
