SS service medal ribbon bar devices!

    Hi all,

If anyone has any pictures of these devices that have not been posted here before, please show them. I'm trying to learn more about them. Also, if you have one, please check out my wanted post here:

Hopefully, the owners of these pieces will not mind me using these photos to help me locate one.

    Thanks!

    Chris

I was offered this one, but I have serious doubts about it, due to the lack of detail and also the soft, soapy casted look that it has, imo.
Could anyone with some knowledge on these please give me some real opinions here? I would appreciate that very much.

    Thanks!

    Chris

          Thank you very much!
When I told the guy that I didn't like it, he got really rude with me.
Anyway, I just wanted to confirm that I was not mistaken.

...and this one is for sale on a website, but I'm pretty sure it's bad too.

                  Hi Chris,

The nine-placer is absolute crap. The three-placer looks like it could be an original bar that was ruined with the application of a fake ᛋᛋ device.

                  Best regards,
                  Tom

That kind of reminded me of one we looked at a long time ago:

I remember a couple very similar with loads of devices.

I like this one, though. Looks like the bottom half of a two-row ribbon bar. And with that Commander Grade of a Social Welfare Decoration I would suspect a General Officer.
