LDO marked ring on West Wall?

In my opinion this is a authentic Set of a L15 marked Westwallmedal and a Eastmedal packet with wartime added sticker.

Hi Nathan,

Very nice Westwall set. The paper packet by Friedrich Orth was originally for a different medal (most likely an East Medal) and then converted to a packet for the Westwall Medal by pasting a piece of paper with the new designation over the old one. This was undoubtedly done for the re-institution of the Westwall Medal in late 1944.
