Hi guys,
I bought this pair of ribbon bars today at a small military show. They are undoubtedly to the same recipient, who was at least an Oberst if not Generalmajor in WW2. The bar at the top is of WW2 vintage while the one below is pre-WW2. Unfortunately, the crown & swords device is missing from the Hohenzollern House Order on the longer bar. No, that is not a Mother Cross ribbon before the long service ribbons, but rather the ribbon for the Baltic Cross.
Best regards,
Tom
